"Take steps towards experiencing a different story..."

There are seasons in our life where our internal and external worlds feel aligned against us. Our relationships with families, friends, romantic relationships and communities can be intertwined with the difficult journey each of us carry in being ourselves. This can place us at odds with others or even ourselves.

This conflict between ourselves and our worlds places us at higher risk of experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, and other mental health challenges. When this happens we can lose sight of the path ahead as hope fades and shame, fear, and self-criticism settle into our lives. The further we wander, the darker it gets. We may ask can we ever find our way back to the life we have wanted to live?

It can be so isolating to sit in that darkness alone. It is our privilege to come alongside clients who find themselves in these spaces and help you begin to take steps toward experiencing a different story.

For nearly seven years I have been helping people begin to see how to live outside the darkness their depression, anxiety, trauma, or even the world has told them they are confined within.  By creating a secure space it is my privilege to provide an inclusive therapeutic environment that sheds light on your situation, creating insight as to why you may find yourself experiencing this conflict. Coupled with providing alternative coping methods and creating space for you to recognize the choices you do have, we will collaboratively work together to understand the unique challenges that you face and how to overcome them. It is our privilege to help clients experience the person who has been there the whole time: themselves. We want to help you discover that with some guidance and a secure space you are already fully capable of emanating change in your life so that you can celebrate healing.

If you are ready to begin making changes to your life, the first steps are simple. Contact me now for a free consultation . I am here to help.
