iii) When you call a therapist using their number listed in on our website (such as information about where the call was placed).
iv) When you fill out an intake form (under "schedule an appointment"). We collect information such as name, address, email address, as well as well as such additional information for our records or that may be necessary to check the information you provide or accept payment from you.
v) When you subscribe to our newsletter (such as your name and address).
vi) When you open an email communication from us in your email program, we may use a software technology to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to know how well customers respond to certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Email addresses will not be shared with anyone outside of the staff of Prism Point Counseling.
