"Explore emotions and thoughts while enhancing body-mind awareness..."
Prisms refract or bend different colored light waves, and there are countless types of them. Similarly, people come in infinite forms. Each of us is a unique individual with a wide array of ancestry, history, culture, and environmental circumstances. These elements contribute to our individual and collective experiences, creating a colorful and vibrant expression of ourselves.

However, at times, our experiences and circumstances can lead to division and isolation within us, creating a veil of separation that dims our light. We may feel disconnected from ourselves or others. When isolation persists, it can give rise to numerous fears, such as rejection, failure, or a distorted sense of self-worth and love. We are relational beings, so we need connection to thrive, but these fears can hinder our ability to create a healthy balance with ourselves and others. If you find that you’re frequently out of alignment with your true self or disregarding your needs and feelings as a way of life, you may feel like you are merely surviving, not truly thriving.
As relational beings, we are not meant to navigate our growth and changes alone. When feelings of unrelenting sadness, anxiety, anger, or fear become a familiar way of surviving, it can be helpful to find a guide who can help open our awareness to the experience of our minds, bodies, and lives.

Hi, I’m Kim at Prism Point Counseling, and I invite you to consider me as a potential guide and resource. I’ve been a somatic, body-based practitioner for over 20 years and a professional counselor for more than 10 years. Together, we will explore your emotions and thoughts while enhancing your body-mind awareness. My approach focuses on attuning to your needs and building your capacity to adapt, fostering ease while transforming painful, stuck experiences and beliefs. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, no matter where you are in your journey.

If you’re open to exploring, building your body-mind bridge, and experiencing greater freedom in your life, give me a call at 630 - 425 - 2025 (EXT 702) or complete the online contact form to schedule a free consultation.
