"Feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore new perspectives..."
Life can be filled with a hunger for answers and understanding. We are all searching for meaning, understanding, and acceptance in others and in ourselves. We’re looking for the thing that will bridge the gap and answer the questions being raised in our minds and hearts. We look to understand what we see as wrong in ourselves and to make sense of the feelings buried inside us.
In that search, we will encounter times when we feel alone, like no one understands our struggles. We may have unforeseen troubles and revelations about ourselves that we are not prepared for. There are times when reaching out to friends and family might not be enough. When we need a deeper understanding of our internal processes and a space to express the thoughts and feelings we are too afraid to share, we reject ourselves for fear of how others may reject us.
It is in those times, more than ever, that we need someone who will not judge and will offer guidance in our search for understanding.
As a therapist, I offer a space for all to come as they are. Clients have often described my approach as both straightforward and compassionate. I strive to create a supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore new perspectives. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should not create dependency, but instead help you develop insight, skills, and confidence to care for yourself beyond our sessions. I focus on helping you connect with your sense of agency, purpose, and identity—building resilience and encouraging authenticity in the process.
Wherever you are in your journey, I am ready and willing to assist you. Reach out today for a free consultation. I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
